My professional education and designations include Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), advanced training in Sales and marketing, mortgages, taxes, negotiating and I am a Certified Advanced 1031 Exchange Agent with Starker Services. I have been awarded the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Less than 4% of real estate agents have the experence and education and training to earn this designation. My professional organizations include National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Associations of REALTORS® and the Venice Association of REALTORS®.
In 1997 I became a full time real estate professional. As a residential specialist my areas of expertise include family, corporate and Military relocations. I've been certified by both St. Joe/Arvida and Prudential as a "Relocation Specialist". I am also well versed with Waterfront property, Fine Homes and new construction. I work the entire Sarasota County Florida area.
