VIDEO ABOUT HERGERT INSPECTION
When you schedule an inspection with Hergert Inspection, I will be the inspector on the job. I have over 25 years construction experience which includes homebuyer communications.
My name is Kevin Hergert; age 53. I have been a Seattle area resident all of my life and am a graduate from the University of Puget Sound. I am a licensed Washington State Home Inspector and Structural Pest Inspector. Other certifications include those from the Infrared Training Institute.
Prior to becoming a licensed Home Inspector, I was a builder of over 250 homes and developed building lots throughout Washington State. Homes have ranged from manufactured homes and entry level site built homes to luxury homes.
With my construction experience came the knowledge of how a home is built, quality control, and problem solving. I also know how to explain the significance and possible solutions to most issues that may arise in the Home Inspection.
Again, when you schedule an inspection with Hergert Inspection, I will be the inspector on the job.
Excellent inspection By Parichay - Jan 6, 2010 Kevin did a terrific job on our inspection! We bought a new 7000+ sq ft house that was in foreclosure so we were concerned about the quality of the construction. Kevin did a thorough job of inspecting every aspect of the house from the crawlspace to the attic. He was able to identify all the defects and produced a detailed report. Once the builder fixed the issues Kevin came back and verified the repairs. The quality and professionalism he demonstrated in going through the house finally convinced us that it was a safe investment to make. We have been living in the house the past 5 months and have found no surprises yet. Kevin's friendly demeanor, attention to detail and his use of advanced technology IR camera produce great results.
