I do believe in genuine, sincere help.  There are many companies out there claiming to be experts in foreclosure avoidance and short sales, but truth be known, many of these companies have no experience in this arena or they outsource their negotiations to third parties so there is no hands-on knowledge of what is happening to the file.

I have 10+ years in various sectors of the real estate industry to include many years in the mortgage industry.  I have experience in nearly every role of mortgage industry to include processor, loan officer, underwriting and servicing.  I am a certifed Loan Modification Specialist.  This past experience enables me to understand and negotiate the best possible short sale for my clients.  Short Sales are not about just listing the property as a short sale.  It requires continuous attention to that file from price reductions to submitting and processing the short sale once an offer is received.
