I am a full time licenced Sales Associate in Florida.
I ws a full time licensed real estate professional in New Jersey since 1995 and a NJ Licensed Broker from 1999 to 2010.
I have an MBA From Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ and a BS with Finance Concentration from the same school.
I have helped hundreds of customers buy and sell real estate here in NJ and I am hoping to help many relocate or buy vacation homes in my new home town of Cudjoe Key, Florida in the beautiful Florida Keys
Last year I was awarded the 2009 NJ Circle of Excellence Award, Bronze for Agents that had 15 transactions with at least $3.5 million in sales volume. Only 12 agents out of a total of 58 in my office received this award for 2009, I was proud to be one of the 12. I was also a member of the Re/Max 100% Club with my first full year at Re/max NJ in 2009.
In 1996 I was hired at "the Moorings", in Bayville NJ, a development of new homes on the water. I sold over 50 new waterfront homes in the time period of 1996-1999. I am currently selling resale homes in the Florida Keys both on and off the water.
In spite of the challenging housing market in 2009, I sold a total of 18 homes and additionally found tenants for 2 homes.
I am looking forward to helping buyers and sellers find homes in the Florida Keys in 2010 and beyond.
