I believe that when you are hiring a Realtor you should look at the whole picture, you should find a full time professional who is capable of taking you through the entire transaction with ease and elegance. I am a full time Realtor, wife and mother of 6 children. I serve on the Chamber of Commerce in Holly, have worked in the schools, coached soccer and volunteered in many capacitites over the 20 years we have lived here. My children are my biggest accomplishment, my oldest 2: Amber and Andy Hellow are both graduates of Holly High and Amber is a 2005 alumni of Albion College working with Wells Fargo. Ashley is a junior in Holly and the triplets, Billy, Gerry and Alyssa are in the 8th grade at Sherman Middle School. My real estate career started in 2003 and I have been blessed with a wonderful few years in real estate. I love this business! The majority of my clients are referrals from family and friends.
The market has changed so much in the last 3 years and a quality realtor must continue to change with it. The programs and criteria continue to evolve and so must we. One of the programs that I specialize in is through the USDA Rural Development and is geared to low income first time buyers, helping to subsidize payments in eligible areas to provide safe, decent and affordable housing. There is nothing like helping a family move into their first home when the possiblity seemed impossible.
Today the challenges that face our sellers require a realtor to maintain excellent communication and innovative marketing plans. I am informed on the mortgage industry and how it will impact my sellers transaction. I tell my sellers that I may not always tell you what you want to hear but I promise that I will tell you what you need to hear. Honesty is crucial to success.
A full time Realtor working at the largest real estate office in Oakland County. Keller Williams is a wonderful place for a realtor to call home. Where "God, Family and Business" is not just a motto.
