Before entering into real estate as a career I spent quite a few years investing in real estate. I believed in not only investing but having fun with it while you do and worked to create a portfolio of rentals and vacation properties which my family still enjoys to this day!

From working on my own real estate investments now I get to help others find their first home or dream home - be it residential, rental, investment, second home, or vacation home. Prior to my career in real estate I spent more than 20 years in sales, negotiating, and marketing at a highly professional level.  I've literally been involved in thousands of contract negotiations as well as making sure exactly that what the customer wants - those needs are met!  My time spent investing in properties combined with my years of professional sales and business experience has helped my customers now have a deeper understanding of the buying and selling process.  Combining bothe of these assets, strong sales & negotiation and marketing experience along with attention to detail, enthusiastic personality, and business systems - this experience helps to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible.

On a personal note, I run at a fast pace with my two boys.  Both love the outdoors, snow skiing, inner tubing, bikes, their Razor scooters, fishing, soccer, baseball and basketball. Skiing seems to rank #1 and they usually can't wait for the latest skiing movie from Warren Miller to come out on dvd!  I share the same passion for the outdoors as the boys - though, I love to snowboard.  The boys and I also all participate in triathlons (I like the 70.3's and Ironman races) and spend our winters in Big White, Canada and our summers in Chelan - however, we've recently discovered so many fun things to do in the winter in Chelan!

It's a fantastic life and I feel blessed to share our family memories in such great places together doing things together that the family loves - and, it was all made possible through real estate. Life couldn't be better!
