Remember that the sales personnel at the builder model homes work for the builder, not you, so you need representation, and it doesn't cost you a dime! The builder pays the commission so you don't have to worry about that cost. Also, if the builder is giving a bonus to the selling agent, which most do, then I will hand that back to you to use for upgrades or closing costs! This can be up to $10,000!
