Kerri Miller is the Founder of Holistic Living Resources, a company dedicated to highlighting tools to increase well-being for the body, mind, spirit, and home. Feng Shui is one of the major tools she uses. Feng Shui is the Asian practice of arranging space so that it creates balance, well-being and harmony for those living in the space. This of course makes a home more sell-able!
Kerri has bought homes, sold homes, and rented homes of her own using the principles of feng shui. She has assisted clients trying to sell homes to shift the energy of the space so it is more attractive to buyers. She has also assisted those looking for new homes to find a residence that will support them and encourage well-being for all residents.

As a Feng Shui Practitioner, Kerri enjoys working with clients to shift their own energy and the energy of their homes. This is incredibly beneficial when it comes to selling a home. Sometimes homes just carry a vibe that prospective buyers are not connecting with. Kerri works with the current homeowner and the home, to raise the energy and create a space that buyers desire. This may include shifting how the homeowner "sees" the house they are trying to sell, moving or removing furnishings and items in the house, enhancing or correcting certain features in the home, and in some cases, clearing the energy of the home.
Kerri also enjoys working with prospective home buyers to assist them in finding a home that has good Feng Shui - or simply a home that is the right match for them energetically. Buying a home can be an exciting, and sometimes stressful time. It can be easy to overlook features of the home that are not the best fit. Additionally, most Feng Shui challenges presented in a home have easy cures. She works with the buyer to make them aware of any challenges and let them know how to work with it to make it a home they can thrive in on all levels, including finances, opportunities and romance.
