As a fulltime real estate professional my partner and I specialize in Short Sales.  It's unfortunate that many people are suffering due to the economy and their homes are worth less than they owe.  We work with people who have a personal hardship to help them get out of their home and avoid detroying their credit.  Our team consists of an attorney, a credit counselor to hlep clean up our clients credit, as well as buyers agents, listing agents, a lender and a home warranty company.  All of our short sales include a website for status updates, weekly phone calls to our clients with an update as well.  Communication is key and we make sure that our clients are communicated with in order to make this a successful transaction.
