Kelley's role is to handle all of the transaction coordination and paperwork necessary to complete a real estate transaction. Dealing with the lender, appraiser, surveyor, inspectors, title companies, repair contractors, the seller's and buyer's agents helps ensure that the file is handled with precision and detail.
