Relating to You! As a husband and father of two boys, Keith can relate to the needs and objectives of his clients and their families He knows that selling or buying a home is probably one of the biggest decisions made in a persons lifetime. He understands that your family, like his, is the number one priority, and is committed to saving you time, money and doing what is necessary to allow you to accomplish your goals and objectives. He has been in the business since May of 1987He has also achieved and was the recipient twice, of the Pinnacle Award, the Women’s Council of Realtors “Zenith Award” yearly since 1994, and the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors “Sales Master” and Sales Master Gold” awards yearly since 1994. Prior to joining RE/MAX Realty Group in January 2017, he was with Nothnagle Realtors for 23 years (which was later acquired by Howard Hanna Real Estate). During that time, he was a member of Nothnagle Realtors ‘Top 25’. He also managed the Irondequoit office of Nothnagle Realtors from May 1996 thru February 2000 and then decided it was time for him to return to the sales forces. He received my GRI designation in December 1996 and became a REALTOR member of the National Association of Realtors in May of 2000. He received his RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Society) designation in May of 2004. He completed the “Achievers” program which focused on buyer representation, Floyd Wickman’s 12-week “Sweathogs” program and completed numerous other technology courses. With his extensive background, it has afforded and allowed him to stay on the “cutting-edge” of today’s intricate real estate business. Experience Does Count! | "I had heard buying your first home could be a stressful, mystifying process, but this was not my experience at all. I contacted Keith Hiscock and was immediately at ease. Keith took me under his wing and gave me clear guidance at each step of the process. It was obvious from the get go that he has an incredible depth of experience. Keith assembled resources very quickly for me in order to view as many houses as fit my criteria. He also walked me through the mortgage process and put me in touch with Nothnagle Home Securities in order to get pre-approved. In the end, this was an integral part to securing our mortgage and ultimately getting our home! He was very patient as we proceeded to look at around 20 houses on nights and weekends. The most impressive thing about Keith is his commitment to his clients; he was always available to answer a call, text, or email and spent many hours showing us homes.
