I have spent the last 15 years of my life, involved in one form or another of real estate. And to be honest I would probably do it for free. Investing was what first got me into the field, and is still my greatest passion. I've always been a numbers guy going all the way back to collecting baseball cards as a kid. I was doing what is now called sabermatics even back then. I think that was one of reasons I was drawn to real estate. They say that its all about location in real estate, and I agree, but I believe the bigger picture is do the numbers work. If the numbers work, then everything else normally falls in place.

I am what you would consider a hybrid real estate professional. I create my income from several sources involving real estate. I am a licensed real estate broker. I broker joint ventures. I'm an active investor. I'm also the Internet Sales Manager for Missouri Real Estate Exchange. We currently are purchasing 8-10 properties a month and have over 400+ properties under our property management division. As well as being a licensed real estate brokerage in the state of MO & KS. We offer Turn Key real estate investment services for our investors. We also specialize in out of state and international investors that are wanting to invest in the Kansas City market.
