I moved to America in March 1997 from England.  I was employed by a Wholesaling Fabric Company as their Operations Manager which meant I juggled many balls throughout the day. Great training for becoming a Real Estate Professional!  After 4 years of discontent I knew I needed to find something that would be fulfilling. I had no idea what to do and after watching many infomercials I decided to try out Real Estate.  

I attended a local Real Estate Investment Meeting and was hooked. I found a mentor that was willing to share his expertise and knowledge in return for 50% of the profit from any deals.  My first deal on my own was a short sale but I didn't even know the term at that point, all I knew was that I wasn't going to pay what the homeowner owed for it so I contacted the bank and went from there. I made many mistakes but learned a great deal from the experience.   Since that time I have completed over 150 real estate transactions in various States. In addition, I have mentored other real estate professionals in different States throughout the USA. 

Since 2007 I have been actively teaching pre-foreclosures and short-sales to other Real Estate Professionals.

• Needs Analysis:  We will perform a detailed needs analysis so that we fully understand your needs, wants and desires in finding the right home for you.

• Home Loan Application:  We will guide you through your home loan application process.

• Finding A Home: As your property specialists, we will match homes based on your Needs Analysis. 

• Neighborhood Information:  We will provide you with all of the relevant neighborhood information that you will need when making your decision to buy a home, including providing a detailed list of all public and private schools in Charlotte and providing community information.

• Negotiation Process:  We will use our expertise to assist you in the contract negotiation process.

• Inspections:  Once your offer to purchase has been accepted, we will coordinate all of the necessary inspections/appraisal on the property so you don't have to worry about it.

• Preclosing:  We will ensure that you are fully prepare for the closing of your loan.

• Closing the Transaction:  We will work closely with you and your mortgage coordinator to ensure that you fully understand the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and any questions are answer prior to closing the transaction.

• Post Closing:  Now that you are new homeowner, you will need to ensure that utilities are turned on.  We will facilitate this process for you and ensure that you have all of the correct contact information for electricity, water, gas, cable, telephone, etc.
