Katie Hill earned her Real Estate License in 2003. Katie is a full time Realtor who has worked with some of the industry's top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.

Katie is a member in good standing with the Hamilton Fairfield Oxford Board of Realtors (HFOBR), Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR),  National Association of Realtors (NAR). In addition, she is a member of the Cincinnati MLS and Dayton MLS.
Katie feels that being a Realtor is about more than joining professional associations. She believes Realtors should be more involved in the communities where they work as well. Katie has served her community in many capacities from volunteering in Lebanon City Schools and being a Team Captain for the Annual Butterfly Walk &5K for CancerFree KIDS.  She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
Katie understands the stresses and hassled involved in the buying, selling and relocation process and she strives the alleviate these concerns for her clients as much as possible.  
Katie is originally from Oxford, Ohio where she graduated from Talawanda High School in 1997.  Katie was married to Scott Hill in 1998. Scott is from Trenton, Ohio and is a 1992 graduate of Edgewood High School. Katie was first introduced to the thought of becoming a Realtor from Scott who has been a loan officer with Western Ohio Mortgage since they were first married. Katie was then encouraged by Donna Thacker to obtain her license and worked four years for Century 21 Thacker and Associates before becoming a RE/MAX agent and then on to Comey & Shepherd, Realtors where she was until February 2014 joining the EXIT Realty family.
Together, with her husband Scott, they work often as a team to place buyers into a loan that is the best for them and their current situation and then find the perfect home in the area they desire. Katie has built relationships with several other loan officers as well and will welcome yours if you have one in mind. The common goal of everyone involved no matter who it is, is to get the buyers into the home that is right for them at the right price and terms.
 Katie and Scott have two boys, Jake and Jack and a yellow lab named Winchester. Katie has been an active Mary Kay Consultant since they lived in Dallas, Texas in 2001-2002.  Katie is a member of the Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, Ohio and also sits on the board for the Silverwood Farms Home Owners Association (HOA). She also enjoys assisting owners with staging and re-organizing to get top price for their home! She loves designing flower beds and planting perennials. The beauty we see and find in nature inspires Katie in several aspects of her life from paint color choices to flower gardens around her home.  She loves to read inspirational messages and stories and is a big fan of reading authors such as Nicholas Sparks and Anita Shreve. She tries to always carry a positive attitude and is extremely loyal to her family, friends and her clients.
