I'm a Massachusetts girl originally, now a Floridian since 2007 when I came to Miami to go to school there. In 2009 I moved to Ft. Pierce. It was a great relief to get out of the busy city traffic and paying for parking everywhere. I had acquired an interest in Real Estate some years back while still in Mass. and I learned from a friend that Indian River State College had just started a course in Real Estate. I took that course from Aug.-Dec.,2011,passed the State Exam in May,2012 and started with Coldwell Banker Paradise Hoyt Murphy Real Estate in Aug, 2012 just as the market was beginning to revive after a number of years in a downward spiral. It has been a great experience for me. I get to help people solve the puzzle of "where am I going to live next" and "how do I get the most for the finances I have" among other things. I enjoy helping people get what they want & need, and along the way I have gained new friends. I love working in and out of the Office and learning new information. It suits me very well. I am a great listener. It takes a great listener to be able to hear what people are trying to convey when they are still sorting it out themselves. I have a good amount of patience, and perserverance in following things through. I don't like leaving jobs unfinished, never have. I am careful with details and work well with others. I have found that good relationships amongst realtors is a large part of getting deals done well. I may not have all the answers but I can find out who does. That is more important than thinking I know it all. In life as in Real Estate we need each other. We all do better working together.
