I have been a Realtor for 6 years. My clients have enjoyed working with me as I have a sense of humor, which we all need right now. I enjoy my clients reactions to "The House",  they have a look in their eyes that shows me they are ready to put money down. I usually bring homemade cookies on our searches for the perfect home.  When they close I make them homemade cakes to bring to their new home.  When we are completed with the transaction I usually have new friends.   I have contacts coast to coast, as my previous experience was marketing architectural and interior design services, in the US and Canada.  I am interested in moving into the vacation home and international real estate arena.  I have taken a couple of courses and am looking into getting my designation for both. I have worked with buyers in 6 different counties, I will go where they want to live and do my research, when it is not ususally my area.  I also worked with a Realtor in Winnipeg for a finders fee. My husband is a licensed general contractor and he has designed, developed and remodeled a number of properties, and rents them out.
