My name is Kathy Laubach, I am originally from Wilmington Delaware and have lived in Harford County for the past 16 years. I have been a licensed Realtor in Maryland for 2 1/2 years.
Before getting my Real Estate License I was in the Mortgage Finance Industry for over 22 years. My mortgage background includes, Loan Origination, Mortgage Processing, Underwriting (both conventional and government) and settlements.
Because of my extensive background in the mortgage industry I am able to help guide my clients not only through the listing or purchase contract part of a transaction but I am able to help them through the financing and settlement process as well.
