Canadian born, we came to AZ in 1997. We wanted the sun....no more, grey days, rain or cold.
Today there is no looking back! The whole venture of establishing ourselves with green card status, means we have first hand experience of moving our life here to the valley. So it is true, I relate well to the motivation of our buyers. Some are buying the weather, like me, others want the wonderful medical facilities that we have here in the valley. Others come because of the great homes, the open floor plans and in today's market, the Fabulous home prices and lending rates.
In summary, my specialty is aiding the moving process; the one foot in one geographical state or country and the other one - mid air looking for a place to land - the right place to call home! Makes for a great visual....but make change happen, needs to be as problem free as possible.
Working mostly from referrals, if you have a friend or family member who wants/needs to move to AZ, I shall do everything I can to address their concerns...keeping you in the loop. This market has many faces and therefore an agent must be constantly active in reaching out to give and to ask questions .....to learn. It seems no sooner do you know what you know.....it changes and becomes obsolete! So I have learned that the right support and education structure, gives me the accreditation and thus information that the buyers and sellers have to have.
Starting with EPRO, Electronic Professional, NAR designation, has enabled me to have the confidence to use the computer and its applications, especially the social tools, this is the future. Navigation to and across the network, this is how buyers find the "right home" and sellers, we need to assist them, so they can see I am different, I strive to know and present their homes to as many venues as possible.
Near 5 years ago, I earned my Certified Depressed Property Expert, CDPE certification. This area of information focuses on those who are encountering financial and personal crisis's that cause them to give up their home. Selling and buying, under these conditions, is an area where I need to be able to see clearly, so that I can make the client aware of the services and structures that are there to help them right the situation. Courage, strength, focus and knowledge, along with several boxes of tissues, but we have and will continue to Win.....it is Great to have the families resettled and free of the creditors!
2011 I completed my Graduate, Realtor Institute - this courseware is a very involved, actually completed over a five year period.
