I have the experience, enthusiasim, and knowledge to handle all of my client's real estate needs.  I love rural property, especially horse properties.  I love to find my clients just the right place.  I also love to market and sell my clients property.

I am a life long horse person.  I ride english and now a days I enjoy trail riding my paint gelding, Comet, more then anything.  My daughter is a trainer and works at Horses for Healing in Bentonville AR.  She had a lesson a week since she was 5 years old, and it paid off.  She is an event rider and is working toward her goal of competing at the Rolex in Kentucky Horse Park at Lexington Kentucky.

I also love dogs, and do dachshund rescue at my home.  I am affliated with Forever Friends Humane Society in Salisaw Ok. and can find a person just about any kind of dog they would like to have.

I  am married and have 5 children, most are all grown, but I have a 12 year old son still at home.  I also have custody of my 9 year old niece.  I live in Elkins AR. although for 12 years I lived along the West Fork of the White River in West Fork Arkansas. Alas though, I loved the place, the house was small, once, we took my neice to live with us.  So when I saw my current home while previewing it for a client, I knew it would work perfect for my own family.  So we moved from West Fork were we loved our town, to Elkins.  We enjoy Elkins too, but miss West Fork in many ways.  I do a newsletter for West Fork called the West Fork Whistler, and have alot of fun doing it.

I am also an avid gardener!  Love to grow beautiful flowers, delicious vegetables and tomatoes!  My herb garden makes me smile with it's wonderful smells and delicious tastes!

Again I really enjoy rural property.  I'm a country girl at heart.  I love looking at property and meeting new people, especially, people who like the country and people who like horses.  I've handled plenty of in town transactions too, and am quite accustomed to fixers, as my husband is a remodeling contractor.  I've sold all kinds of real estate from farms to in town condos.  I always seem to be learning something new and enjoying my clients.

I have over a dozen years of experience and am always looking at new ways to market my listings and find just the right property for my clients.  I love the United Country system because it offers my seller's the most comphensive marketing system around.  My listings are viewed by thousands of potential buyers in all 50 states on our many different websites.  If one just types country property on google they will get United Country listings.  It's really exciting for me that our office in Fayetteville was the first United Country Office, called United Farm Agency back when it started in 1925, by Roscoe Chamberlin. That's astonishing longevity!  Our beautiful color magazines are enjoyed not just all over the U.S., but all over the world depicting our finest listings.  I am proud to be affliated with such a top of the line organization.  And to be able to offer my clients the best when it comes to marketing their homes.
