Karen a Sales Consultant for Keller Williams Professionals, specializing in the Residential Market, a member of Keller Williams Luxury Homes International and an Accredited Staging Professional. Prior to pursuing a career in Real Estate, Karen worked in the Oil and Gas Industry. She has a passion for Architecture, Interior Design and has designed, built several of her personal homes. With her analytical background from years of accounting combined with her passion for design and building, it has allowed Karen to realize how much she can offer her clients whether buying or selling their home.
Karen prides herself on her customer service to all clientele from the first meeting, all the way to closing of your property, and a continued relationship once you are moved into your new home. When listing your home, she walk your property and will assess what you will need starting with curb appeal. Karen will evaluate staging and repairs if necessary before placing your home on the market. Her goal is to sell or assist you in finding the home of your dreams, negotiate the best price and walk you through the process with the least amount of inconvenience. I will walk you through the process and will make suggestions but you will always have the final decision.
