As an agent whose primary focus is in real estate consulting, I have acquired the ACRE (Accredited Real Estate Consulting) designation. Which puts me in the group of fewer than 1% of all agents in the entire country that have earned this elite real estate consulting recognition.
I have spent the last 2 years almost exclusively in the new construction market and have extensive knowledge of the various developments in the Chattanooga area as well as their amenities.
