I hold and Associates Degree in Drafting and Design. I've worked with civil engineers, land surveyor's, architectural designers and builders designing preliminary plats, final plats, large lot subdivisions, new construction, remodel's, and kitchen design. As you can see I am familiar with the process of taking raw land all the way through the final phases of construction and eventually the sale of new construction and mature properties.
