I Graduated from Lake Placid High School and am currently working on my Finance degree.  

You may look at me and think to yourself he sure looks young.  Dont let my age fool you, I grew up in the Real Estate business.

As a buyer your looking at a home to see if the floor plan works for you. As your agent I'm looking at the structure, the roof, the bones and what I may see that you may not.   I can make suggestions to you on what a home can be not what your looking at right now.

As a seller you want to hire the best agent there is to get your home sold in the shortest amount of time for the most amount of money.  I'm looking at what improvements we can make to make that happen for you.  Sometimes it's as easy as just moving around some furniture or just packing somethings up.
