In addition to being a Realtor, I have been involved in alternative transportation for many years, as cycling enthusiast, business owner and advocate. I do feel that my background in sustainable and independent travel continues to feed my perspective as a real estate agent. I have sold all kinds of homes in Chicago, including condos, lofts, single-family, new construction and income property. Yet I am drawn to homes with character situated in user-friendly neighborhoods: accessible, walkable, with street-level amenities and attractions. Such places allow neighbors to get to know one another, to interact, to not be anonymous and to build livable communities. I especially enjoy working with buyers relocating to Chicago, who want to explore what this city of neighborhoods has to offer.
