Regent Realty and Property Improvement LLC is owned and operated by Julie Swigart. Backed by a BS in Agricultural Business, four and half years in the loan business and over two years as a real estate agent has provided me with experience and expertise to help you sell your home or find your dream home. I have knowledge of first-time home buyer loans, rural development loans, conventional home loans, and commercial loans. When a Buyer comes to me for help finding their home I help them find financing by working with them to complete a loan application. Then we will look at all homes in their area of interest in their price range - this does not mean only my listings but ALL listings. Once we find your dream home I take care of all of the details needed to get you to the closing table and into your new home.

Once you call me regarding the listing of your home I will provide you with an analyse of the similiar properties in your area that are currently listed and ones that have sold. This will give us an idea of what is the ideal price range to list your property at in order for it to sell. During the marketing phase I advertise via signage in your yard, MLS, Realtor.com, and paper ads where appropriate. In addition, to the marketing I keep you informed on a regular basis so that you remain part of the process and you know where you and your property stand.
