Julie Montgomery opened her own real estate brokerage February 2013 after a 14-year career with RE/MAX. "I opened my own company so I could make my own decisions."​ she said. "I will do whatever it takes to make sure my clients received the best service they've experienced in any industry.

Being independent allows me more flexibility to make adjustments whenever necessary if it's in my client's best interests. More important, I want my clients to be fully informed before, during and after the sale. I love meeting for coffee initially just to say "hi" and find out more about you. It's an easy, casual way to have a discussion about what lies ahead. 

Her background includes journalism (newspaper reporter), and corporate advertising and marketing for two Fortune 500 firms. She has a master's degree in business and a bachelor's degree in journalism. Her advanced real estate designations include the GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert -- held by less than 2 percent of all Realtors nationwide, and the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).

I love helping people through the purchase and sales process (which can be challenging) and live in beautiful Littleton, Colorado, with six angels named Boomer and Belle Beagle, Charlee the Maltese and my three rescue chihuahuas Kodi, Paches and Daisy.
