As for credentials, I am a Certified Residential Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative and a graduate of the Floyd Wickman Master Sales Academy. But the initials that best describe me are HUNGRY. While my co-workers are wringing their hands and waiting for the market to change, I am strategically selling in this present market and enjoying every minute of it. Sellers are truly appreciative to have their homes sell so quickly when the experiences they hear from others are horror stories. As the main provider of my family, i must sell a certain amount each month to feed my family and there is no negotiating that. Thankfully, I have been blessed with a hunger to learn from national trainers (whose books I read daily), an outstanding real estate coach, and realtor friends throughout the country who are sharing their successes with me which I then apply to this market.
