Rich Juliano is a Resisidential & Commercial Retail Real Estate Consultant. Rich has a long history in real estate development that includes commercial, sales and leasing, retail real estate and all aspects of the restaurant hospitality industry. He has experience both as a tenant and a landlord in separate arenas.
Rich is a native Washingtonian from Alexandria, Virginia. Son of a major homebuilder in the area, this influenced and molded his early years about real estate. Throughout high school, summers were spent on the beach working in his parent’s hotel business in Wildwood and Cape May, New Jersey. This was Rich’s introduction in the restaurant and hospitality business and not a bad way to spend his summers. Rich developed his people skills and knew he was meant to be in the hospitality industry. During those years his father also leased two what we currently call “fast casual” Italian eateries.
n 1977, Rich and his family began Rocco’s Italian Restaurant in Mclean, Virginia. As a start up business and as the owner/operator, Rich would oversee menu selection, food preparation and daily operations as well as taking care of the front of the house, interacting with the customers.
After retiring from Rocco's he started a new carrier in Real Estate. In June of 2012 Rich started his own commercial brokerage company, Juliano Properties which provides brokerage representation for sellers, buyers, owners and tenants. He is currently a principal in Restaurant Rowe Hospitality Inc., a unique blend of individuals specializing in all aspects of hospitality, retail and restaurant development.
