Before I became a REALTOR® I had a gratifying and successful career teaching Secondary Instrumental Music. It was great connecting students with good music.

Encouraged by others, and, following years of experience in Major Franchised Real Estate Companies, I opened an Independent Brokerage: Blue Spruce Real Estate, named for the Colorado State Tree.

I’ve been told I’m personable, forthright, witty, and have been called ‘a straight arrow’. I subscribe to the K.I.S.S. principle: Keep It Super Simple.

My success is measured not through designations or awards, but rather through the service I offer, the results, and satisfaction of my clients. I treat everyone with the same respect no matter the price or size of the property. I liken my position to a boxing match and assure my clients I’ll be ‘in their corner’ all the way.
