Never did I think shivering through winter in Pennsylvania that I would be living the "dream" on the beach at Holden Beach. Having vacationed and owned property in the area since 1994 I have familiarized not only with all of the islands but also the mainlands and all of the surrounding counties.  I have watched this area grow every year but never lose the things that drew me here in the first place, the serenity, and laid back atmosphere and the southern hospitality.  I have worked with buyers and sellers and specialize in resort and second home properties.  I have completed my GRI designation this year as well as my RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) -- being the first in Brunswick County to attain this speciality!  I have served on the Board of Directors of our local board for 2 years and found that to be a rewarding and educational experience!  I would love to share my passion and love of this area with you.
