I lived in the Coeur d'Alene area for about 31 years prior to my move to Sandpoint. "Sandpoint had me at the bridge" is what I hear often from clients and that is certainly what happened to me....I knew this was where I wanted to live. Often you can find me and my border collie, Nicky, walking down to dog beach for play in the lake. Living right in town is my preference in one of the original vintage homes and it's great to live where it's about 5 minutes to anywhere in town. Another really nice thing about living in Sandpoint is that you hardly ever walk down the street without seeing someone you know....it's friendly.
Starting out as office manager for a real estate company, you could say I learned the business from the ground up. When I started entertaining the idea of becoming a REALTOR, I began observing the attributes that made each agent in the office successful. Practicing what I learned from those observations coupled with my natural ability to work with people and prior experience as a business owner have helped to ensure my success. Being a director on the MLS board has helped me to stay abreast of real estate concerns. I do my best to stay sensitive to each Buyer's and Seller's needs whether it is purchasing a home for the first time, a second or third home situation, or a Seller who is offering the family estate filled with childhood memories. You will find me to be honest, straight forward, creative, very hard working and available. I don't know all the answers, but I do know where to find them.

One of the most useful services I can offer the BUYER who is just getting to know the market, is the receiving of NEW listings automatically from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). First, I would send you an initial push by email of the listings that fit your criteria and then use that same criteria to set you up to receive NEW listings automatically. You will receive NEW listings just about as fast as the agents get them. This service can be easily updated or discontinued with a quick email. It's probably the best way to stay informed of what the market is doing without lengthy searches. Once you are set up, you will receive a link to a listing cart. In that cart will be listings that fit your criteria. From here, you can easily make comments on listings you like and why. This is information I can access which helps me to know more about your preferences. Please ask me about this service.

I will do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) at no cost to you as well as a broker consult. to give you the best chance of selling in this very competitive market. Since presentation of your property can give you the edge you need in today's market, I will give you ideas on how best to prepare your property. I don't just list and leave...you will hear from me about all showings and any changes in the market.
