I love home inspecting in the Lehigh Valley.  Between all the differences there are in homes in the area (stone farm house's from the 1700's, row homes from the late 1800's and single family homes in a new development) and getting to know, work for and educate my clients I don't know which I like best.  No two homes are the same and no two clients are the same which is great since I love variety.  I do my home inspections as though I were inspecting them for one of my children (I have 4) and it is born out in that I have received one of Corporate's "Outstanding Customer Service" awards from 2004 through 2009.

I have been in business 7 years now and have completed over 1600 inspections.  My home inspections generally take two plus hours to complete.  I take digital photographs and include a representative number of them in the narrative style report.  I WANT my client with me at the inspection because it is easier to explain and do a show and tell when we're both looking at the issue or item.

I belong to NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors), LVAR (Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors, the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and BNI.

I have no complaints against me through the BBB and I am listed on Service Magic and have their 5 Star rating.
