My experience includes: independent sales rep, CEO of Vivant Custom Home Furnishings (CA-Sold in 2003), real estate investor (2003-2007). I have taken real estate courses including Real Estate Investing I & II, Jeff Kaller's Pre-Foreclosures and Short Sales. I have been a member of local RE investment clubs and Landlord clubs. I have been a landlord myself and successfully bought and sold 4 properties in the past couple of years. I am not opposed to getting a license if needed, but would like to keep my hours of 9-3 M-F, working weekends occassionally okay.
