I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Brunswick County Association of Realtors. I've been an active member of the Strategic Planning Committee since 2005. I've served on the Public Relations committee. I've served as Chairman for the BCAR's Education Committee in 2005 and was the primary instructor for New Member Orientation. Received the 2005 President's Award from the Brunswick County Association of Realtors for my active involvement in the association. Received my GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR Institute ) in 2006.
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income producing property in the Brunswick County Area of N.C. This area includes the cities of Oak Island, Southport, Boiling Spring Lakes, Leland, Supply, Sunset Harbor, Holden Beach, Ocean Isle, and Sunset Beach. There are a lot of evironmental and community issues in coastal communities. I try to stay on top of these issues and give my clients up to date information of issues that might have and effect on their properties or their decisions on purchasing properties in this area.
