Prior to taking on the challenge of being a Private Mortgage Banker with a focus on advising high net worth clients and move up buyers in stategic equity management, I spent the early part of my career in a key position with a major residential developer. I left that organization and for about 10 years owned and operated a successful residential real estate appraisal practice.
