J.R. Rouse Real Estate Success is measured by "imagination", according to J.R. Rouse, Broker/Owner of J.R. Rouse Real Estate and the Just Remember Team Leader. He admits that his confidence in himself has been the result of personal hard work coupled with strong spiritual grounding. J.R. and his Team are passionate about helping others find the right home, whether it be a small cottage or a multi-million dollar home. J.R.'s smile and twinkling eyes tell it all. He is really all about "people placing" -- his own words for the mystical connection when persons bond with place. In continuing to build the J.R. Rouse Real Estate Team, during the interview process, J.R. looks for that same twinkle in the REALTORS®/Broker Associates that are asking to join his Team,. Obviously, only the ones that have that Twinkle and focus on the client wants and needs we work with make it through this interview process. J.R. feels that the many years of building confidence and trust with his clients are important, and he views his REALTOR® Team members and Associate Brokers as an extension of himself. J.R. realizes there also must be a commitment to discipline, which keeps him focused on the needs of his clients. His upbringing as well as his military experience as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force, working in both the Pentagon and the White House, has formed his disciplined approach to problem solving. This past training also helps J.R. with the on-going training that he provides to his Team members. J.R. has the ability to put technology to work for his clients and hisTeam is as great a personal accomplishment. As the Broker/Owner of J.R. Rouse Real Estate, I am very proud that for the 4th year, we have achieve the 'Diamond Certification Award'. We currently are the ONLY 'Diamond Certified' real estate company in all of Monterey County!
I am also very proud of the TEAM of Associate Brokers and REALTORS at J.R. Rouse Real Estate. We pride ourselves on being diverse, and client centric.
As the Broker, Team Leader, and 'Rain Maker', I truly believe in continuing education. Many of us, including myself are 'Certified Distressed Property Experts - CDPE' trained. In all the years that I have been dealing with the distressed real estate market, I have found the CDPE organization to be the best trainers, and the best tools for Brokers/Realtors to use in assisting clients thru the short sale process.
Working with a REALTOR that is trained in today's market especially the Distressed market is very important to a client success. It is vital that not only Realtors, but clients understand the impact that the REO/Bank owned, and short sales are having on their local real estate market. Our team, under my guidance is trained to do just that.
We are proud to represent those in need in today's market. Regardless of price point, we have success stories representing clients in all price ranges. I am pleased to have represented the seller's of the top 2/highest 2 recorded sales in Pacific Grove CA's history. The most recent and highest sale for a single family home in PG was for $4,000,000 and I represented both the Sellers and Buyers. I/we treat all our clients regardless of price point, like multi-million dollar clients. It's the only way to succeed. Every client regardless of price point, deserves to have the highest level of service and care. That's what being 'Diamond Certified' is all about.
