Jeff began his real estate career in 2000 after 17 years in the information systems consulting and petroleum engineering industries as an Engineer, Manager and Corporate Executive. He earned his Salesperson license in 2002, his Broker license in 2003, his SRES designation in 2004, his GRI designation in 2005 and his CRS designation in 2007. Jeff and his wife, Meg, incorporated their firm Acadia Real Estate & Lending, Inc. in 2004, providing lending and real estate services to both buyers and sellers in the residential and commercial real estate markets of the East Bay and Central Valley. Jeff is a graduate from Purdue University, earning a BS in Chemical Engineering, and a graduate of Northwestern University's JL Kellogg School of Management, where he earned his MBA in finance and management policy. He and Meg have 3 children and reside in Clayton, CA.
Jeff specializes in mortgage finance and residential brokerage. His clients include relocation, first-time and luxury home buyers as well as Sellers looking to move-up or purchase investment property. He provides clients a one-stop solution, integrating FHA/VA, CalVet, Conventional & Private Money financing to purchase or sale transactions, thereby closing more transactions and exceeding his clients' highest expectations. Adapting to the changing CA market, Jeff also provides REO, Foreclosure and Short Sale property listing services and has worked with a number of major lenders including Bank of America, Countrywide, Wachovia, Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo. He is an expert in real estate finance and tax matters, earning both an MBA degree and a Certified Tax Preparer's License along with his GRI, CRS and SRES designations. His company, Acadia Real Estate & Lending, was incorporated in 2004.
