I've been in Real Estate for about 10 years now after having spent many years in the printing industry. I strive to maintain the same work ethic and attitude as when I had a "real job" and I think that has been the key to my success. I see a lot of agents out there with an attitude of entitlement and an unwillingness to go the extra mile for their clients or to do the extra work needed to build their business. I'm very proud of the success I've had and I'm honored to have had the opportunity to work with so many great clients.
I don't like to label or limit myself as an expert in any one area. I have a very well rounded base of knowledge and experience. Close to 200 closed transactions in last 5 years, divided pretty evenly between buyers and sellers. Due to market conditions, most of the listings have been short sales. As a result, I've become very knowledgable in that area. I've helped many buyers get great deals and I've helped many sellers get out from under bad mortgages. I've also helped a fair number of sellers get as much equity out of their home as possible (some of whom contacted me thinking they needed to do a short sale). I've helped many young couples find their first home and I've helped many experienced investors buy multiple investment properties.
I list and sell properties in Contra Costa and Alameda counties and occasionally in other areas as well, with an emphasis on central Costa Costa County. (San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Concord, Clayton, Pleasant Hill & Martinez). Again, I can go out of that area quite effectively if needed.
