Buyer Representation is a fairly new concept.  The realtor that lists a property for sale is representing the SELLER.  Every buyer needs their own representation.  Working through the stacks of disclosures, title reports, inspections and more requires a qualified professional to make sure the pruchase is everything the new buyer wants.  I can do that!

Seniors have special needs and my designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist means that I have the training needed to walk older buyers and sellers through the process and to make sure they are cared for.  It is my pleasure to take them step by step through the selling of their home and the move to their new place.
