My name is Jon Zorrer and I am from Rahway, NJ. I am a full time Real Estate Investor, specializing in Short Sales. A Short Sale is done when a house is over-leveraged, which means the homeowner owes more on their mortgage than the value of the house. Houses become over-leveraged under a variety of circumstances. In some cases a home needs too many repairs or the homeowner has refinanced to 100% loan to value on their mortgage. In this sort of refinance situation, with real estate prices dropping tremendously in many areas, people are no longer able to sell their homes for the amount owed.

When someone is in what is called “pre-foreclosure” (which is the time starting when a mortgage is 90 days delinquent and ending when the property is sold at the foreclosure sale) we are able to purchase their house through the bank preferred technique called a short sale. In a short sale, we negotiate with the bank to accept a short payoff and the homeowner is able to end the foreclosure. It is a “win-win” ending for everyone involved.

Our company works with many different Real Estate Agency's, Title Company's, Mortgage Brokers, and other Investor's because we have a reputation of integrity, reliability, and professionalism. We are also members of GSREIA, where Jon serves on the Legislative Board, MREIA, and NJREIA.
