I am a full-time professional Real Estate agent and Expert Advisor to my clients. I sold over 146 homes last year and am on track to double that this year. What that means to the my customers is that I have the experience necessary to put their needs first in every transaction and to win during the negotiations. I love Real Estate, and I am passionate about serving people and changing lives through my business. I am a CDPE and SFR as well as a member of the National Association of Expert Advisors. Through that association I have received the Certified Home Selling Advisor and Certified Home Buying Advisor designations.
We have a team concept at Expert Real Estate Advisors. That means that we intentionally segment the responsibilities and areas of expertise. We have a Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, Marketing Administrator, team of Buyers agents with different specialties (Areas and Price Ranges). We also have two Listing Specialists. This is because we believe no one is an expert in all areas and our clients deserve to work with an Expert who will get them the best results.
