"Kaizen" is a Japanese term that literally means "change for the better" or "continuous improvement". Kaizen is a daily philosophy and process that goes beyond improvement. No other term can better describe my personal and business philosophy. People who know me would say that I bring a very unique perspective to real estate and provide a very rare level of personal service.
I define myself as an educator first, and real estate broker second. I enjoy educating the consumer, Buyers and Sellers alike, and dispelling many of the "myths" of buying and selling. As a successful real estate investor as well I am able to offer practical and useful advice whether you are the first-time investor or seasoned pro.
I am no stranger to hard work and perseverance. After graduating from college in 1995 I was able to pursue in Japan my classical martial arts training in Bujinkan Ninjutsu with grandmaster, Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi, and other very insightful practitioners. I have been able to achieve my yondan(4th degree black belt) ranking and am working towards Godan (5th dan) ranking. While living overseas I was fortunate to travel extensively and meet many lifelong friends that I stay in contact to this day. But my greatest achievements to come from my travels were meeting my wife, Caryn and 2 children, Alyssa and Julian.
As a full-time real estate broker over the last 13 years I have positioned myself as one of the top listing agents in the Wallingford/North Haven and surrounding areas. I have repeatedly been in the top 1% of all realtors based on volume and wake up every morning really loving what I do, especially working with first time home buyers.
