I have worked in the real estate indusrty for the last 10 years after graduating from college with a degree in business finance.  I first started in the development industy which took me into the Boston Market.  After a few years I transitioned into Sales and Property Management arena for a large downtown firm.  Successfullly building a business in the very competative Boston luxury market I decided to open  a company in Connecticut where I originally grew up.  I am now the Managing Broker at Arruda Real Estate Associates located in Southeastern Connecticut.  Everyday I am able to assist clients through a process which is evermore complex and frustrating, and simplify it to a point that can be both enjoyable and even fun.  The right tools and knowledge of the markets makes all the difference in the world in an evolving real estae market.
