My time as a Realtor saw me struggle as a newbie, change offices to obtain more training, becoming really good with buyers and finding buyers, pretty decent at Listing homes.  Starting my own real estate office and then ending up training new agents in lead generation, conversion and follow up.

Now I have teamed up with a great Website developer and former Realtor Frank Aguilar, and Started Track the Lead, a database management system for Realtors.  We set out to simplify the follow up game, and I believe that is something we have accomplished.
