Having worked years with AGN Inc and Explosive Realty, on behalf of Long Island homeowners facing foreclosure, negotiating with banks, and serving as liason to a multitude of investors, I know this real estate market in and out. A Valley Stream resident for over half a decade, I serve as a youth minister at Holy Name of Mary Church and love everything about his tight-nit, family first community. As a Valley Stream business owner since age 22, I know the importance of keeping up with the most recent advances in internet and social-media marketing. What does this mean to you? That I'll exhibit your property to a wider range of qualified buyers than most agents in our market area. Past clients and colleagues alike attribute my "success" to the fact that I truly listen and relate to everyone I come in contact with on a personal level. I'm never satisfied and I never stop learning. There's no such thing as "knowing or doing enough", the more I know, the more I can do. The more I can do, the better value I present to my clients. And when all is said and done, it's ALWAYS about my clients, whom I see - as my friends.
I wouldn't call my self a "specialist" per se, but I do have years of experience dealing with foreclosures and negotiating short sales for my clients. In my office I've become the go-to-guy thanks to my success negotiating with banks. I know many run away from short sales as quick as possible, but I'm so familiar with them and the loss mitigation departments at these banks and servicing companies that I truly enjoy BEATING them :-). And as corny as it may sound, there is NO better feeling in this world than being able to help a person climb out of a ditch of debt, like most of our communities and nation are facing right now.
Ed McNulty Realty is the TOP seller in the East Rockaway & Lynbrook market. Don't take my word for it, go on MLS and check out the market share yourself.
