Dr. McMillen is an internationally recognized professor, author, and researcher who has presented around the world. He currently provides breakthrough training for agents who are serious about success.

Dr. McMillen holds a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction and uses his expertise to simplify complex information, so others can easily learn the materials. He has been a college professor for over 20 years, where his specialty is teaching others how to succeed. Dr. McMillen has mastered instructional training methods and has taught thousands of students how to become successful which is why he’s known as, “the Professor of Success.”

Dr. McMillen, however, isn’t just a highly educated and skilled university Professor. He is also the CEO of Success Brokerage in California, and has written a book entitled, The Real Estate Blueprint for new real estate agents just starting out in their careers. Dr. McMillen founded the Agent Success Academy, where he also serves as Chairman, and teaches agents from all over the country how to unlock their potential and succeed in real estate.

Dr. McMillen and his wife Rebecca (who is also a college professor) live in California with their two resilient daughters, Allison and Milana, whom they adopted from foster care at the ages of 6 and 12.
