Get to Know John H. Alspaw
I originally got my Real Estate license in the eighties and worked as a Business Broker for several years. This gave me experience in business sales and commercial Real Estate. I have owned some of my own companies and I was a full time Residential Real Estate investor for several years before working as a residential Real Estate Broker for Remax. I have had special training with foreclosures and distressed properties. I have obtained the designation of an E-Pro having had training in marketing on the internet.
I love Real Estate and working with people. Although I am a little embarassed to "toot my own horn" I will tell you I do sell 4 to 6 times what the average agent sells in my market. My homes sold in less than half the time of the average agent and for a higher percentage of the listing price. I actively invest in Real Estate myself and own several rentals. This helps me to understand your interests if you want to invest in residential Real Estate or just want to get a great "deal" when buying a home. One of my great joys however is in agressively marketing homes for sale. I emphasize pictures, visual tours, and internet marketing.

| Mr. John Alspaw, We wanted to thank you for selling our home so quickly and efficiently. We had placed our home on the market in June 2004, via For Sale By Owner. We were unsuccessful in selling our home using this approach for 6 months. During the latter part of the 6 months of attempting to sell our home by ourselves, you began sending us informational mailers containing tips such as how to present our home to sell and how to make our move more efficient. You also let us know that you would like to help us if we needed help. We chose to use your services following the 6 month contract with you as our realtor via Re/Max. Our house went on the market on the following day, Friday. A Buyer saw our house on the web site on Friday, came by to see the house on Friday, and made an offer on our house the same day. Our house was under contract for sell 2 days later. WOW!!! Our house sold within 3 days!!! Thank you for all your help. |
