| Good Morning Joe, I am writing to wish you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving and Holiday Season. Please pass along my greetings to Mark. I want you to know- I am endlessly grateful to have made your acquaintance, albeit under difficult circumstances. I was disappointed that you were unable to attend our grand re-opening on October 5th, 2015. That re-opening has begun to relieve me of the burden of failing everyone when the flood waters came. You, Mark and Clean-Tec are directly responsible for helping us save our building Joe. Know that wherever your life leads you from this point forward, I will be there in the background of your memory. I will never forget what you did for us, for me, Joe.
