| In mid-June I was informed that I was being relocated to the East Tennessee area from Southern Alabama. I was given four days to travel to Tennessee to find a new home for me and my family. I saw some of Joana's listings online and how she had them advertised and took pride in what she was doing. I contacted her and set up a meeting with her for the day that I arrived in Tennessee. Before I even arrived she was already asking questions on what area and size of home I was looking for. She also asked about the small details. She took the time to find out what was important to me and my wife. Were we looking for extra land, a pool, a large kitchen, and so on. When we arrived in Kingsport she had 15 or more houses ready for us to look at. She placed her focus on us for the entire time we were in town and spent almost every moment we were their showing us possible homes. By the time we left heading back to Alabama we were under contract on our new home. Being out of state also created another problem as we were not able to be there for inspections, appraisals, and dealings with the mortgage company. Joana took it upon herself to ensure that these issues were addressed as they arose. Her dedication to her job and her clients is what makes her a special agent. Had it not been for the work that she had done we probably would not have been in our new home as soon as we were. Within a week of moving into town we were moving into our new home.
