Since 2013 My wife, Anne and I have been working together. Our real Estate Brand is The Middleman Team. On December 22, 2015 we joined Keller Williams of Greater Nassau. Now we are able to both Educate and Be of Serviceservice to both clients(sellers) and buyers(customers) on Long Island. Anne and I have found that managing the expectations of both will enable us to create Win-Win relationships with all types of Sellers and Buyers. Being residents of Queens Forest Hills, we understand that the varied cultutres here dictate that is no"One Size" fits all approach to Real Estate. Selling CO-OPs take dailys patience, experience and awearenes how to work with with Lenders, Law Firms(Real estate) Boards of each CO-OP and Management Firms. No Two transactions are alike. Now we are bringing, our brand, 'THE MIDDLEMAN TEAM to the varied communities of Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Anne'e background is maintaning Wellness through Exercise. She was a Personal Trainer at New York Sports Club in Forest Hills for 15 years. Anne had personal clients who depended on her to reach their goals of balanced strength, fitness and weight. Anne was also the Director of Silver Sneekers so she is familiar with the needs of the Senior Population. For over 30 years she has been a devoted Yogi and Yoga Instructor and still teaches classes. She is also certified to teach Tai Chi as well.

My background is Staffing(Personnel), For over 22 years both working for National Staffing Agencies and creating Local Brands I sold Temporary Services to Fortune 100 and 500 National and International Firms. My Direct Sales Experience has enabled me to understand that listening to the needs and wants of my clients and customers was the Key To Success. In 2007, I began my Real Estate Career, within 5 years I became an Associate Broker and now I am taking course for my GRI Designation In 2016; Anne asnd I earned both our SRES and SRS Designations. We are certified to work on Behalf od Seniors and Baby Boomers as they traverse the waters of being'Empty Nesters." The SRS Designation adds additional Knowledge which we can provide to sellers who choose us over our competition.

Real Esatte is our Passion. As parents we have both owned homes and now live in a CO-OP, The Fairfax in Forest Hills. Recently I have become a Board Member and have greaterrespectfor the process of approving prospective buyers as shareholders. Charting the Seas of buying and selling requires patience and a proven system that will be successful. With Buyers, we have relatioships with lenders, attorneys, High end Contractors, General Contractors, Inspectors and Pest Contol Pros This means we can assist a couple with their purchase of a home with ease. Our Starategic Partnerships with other Professionals enables us to go "that Extra Mile"and assure our Buyer customers and clients we can get them to the Closing Table. With Sellers, we understand the markets they are in and can advise them how to ready their house or CO-OP/Condo for sale. If minor rennovations are needed, we possess resources, if a "Loved One" or realative has passed we can have the contents of their residence appraised for sale, donated to bonafide charities if desired and what remains cleaned out. Many of the attorneys we work with have knowlege regarding Estate Sales.

The Middleman Team  at Keller Williams is here in Queens and Now on Long Island to provide buyers and sellers with their hands On Approach to Real Estate.
